Q: What areas do you service?
A: We are proudly based in Fargo, North Dakota, Moorhead, MN, and surrounding areas. If you’re outside our delivery zone we will delivery to you for our delivery fee + $0.70/mile!

Q: How far in advance should I book my balloons?
A: We recommend booking at least a few months in advance, especially for weekends and peak seasons. Last-minute requests may be possible depending on our schedule and are subject to a Rush Fee.

Q: How long do balloon garlands last?
A: Latex Balloons hold their air for roughly 72 hours. Foil balloons can last up to 5 days. Helium filled latex/foil balloons will be at their peak 24-48 after inflating. NOTE: We HIGHLY recommend balloons not be set up in direct sunlight.

Ordering & Pricing

Q: How much do balloon garlands cost?
A: Pricing varies based on size, style, and add-ons. You can view our detailed pricing on our Balloon Menu.

Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes. For larger orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due before installation. You also have the option to pay in full at the time of contract signing.

Q: Do you deliver and install?
A: Yes! We offer full delivery and professional installation for a fee. For smaller garlands, we also have Grab & Go options that you can pick up and hang yourself.

Day of Event

Q: How long does setup take?
A: Setup usually takes 45 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the size and complexity of your garland or backdrop.

Q: What do I need to provide for setup?
A: We’ll need access to the event space, a clear area to work, and in some cases, permission from the venue. We bring all tools and materials needed for installation.

Q: Will you come back to take the balloons down?
A: Teardown is not included in the standard price but can be added for an additional fee. Otherwise, balloons can be safely popped and disposed of by the client after your event.

Customization

Q: Can I choose my balloon colors?
A: Absolutely! We offer a wide variety of colors and can even create custom color blends to match your theme. Send us your inspiration pic when you inquire!

Q: Do you add extras like flowers, streamers, or signage?
A: Yes! We love adding extra details. Fresh florals, faux greenery, fringe, foil balloons, vinyl logos or signage can be incorporated for an additional cost.

Other

Q: Are your balloons eco-friendly?
A: We use high-quality, biodegradable latex balloons and encourage proper disposal after your event.

Q: What if the weather is bad for my outdoor garland?
A: Balloons don’t love extreme heat, cold, wind, or rain. We’ll work with you on backup options or recommend moving the garland indoors when possible. Again, we HIGHLY recommend that the balloons not be set up in direct sunlight. Balloons will shrink outdoors at 50 degrees and below.
